Dosage

Adults: Take 3 g (1 sachet) daily as directed. Directions for use: Step 1: Powder first. For best results, add the powder to a clean, dry cup, glass, or beaker. Step 2: Add the liquid to the powder. (250 ml water). Step 3: Start stirring immediately, until the powder is completely dissolved.
