Children: 6-8 years - 1 tablet daily Children: 9-13 years - 1-2 tablets daily Adults: 3 tablets daily Take with food. Warnings and Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to zinc, selenium, or any of the other ingredients Undesirable symptoms that may be caused by zinc, especially when taken in larger quantities than instructed, are stomach pain, uneasy feeling in the stomach with the need to throw up, throwing up, loose stools and stomach lining irritation. Hair loss, nail changes, diarrhea, skin irritation, skin sensitivity and redness as well as pins and needles effect of finger tips and toes may be caused by selenium when taken in doses larger than the prescribed dose.
