The usual dose is:
Adults: Take 1 -2 tablets daily with a glass of water after the evening meal to help maintain normal homocysteine and cholesterol levels.
Warnings and Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in CYTROL H. Use of CYTROL H during Pregnancy and Lactation is contraindicated. CYTROL H is to be taken in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle consisting of a healthy balanced diet low in saturated (animal) fats, regular exercise and no smoking. CYTROL H does not intend to prevent or cure any form of illness or disease, and should not replace any medication. If you suffer from a chronic medical condition, consult your healthcare practitioner before using CYTROL H. Do not exceed the recommended dosage without consulting a medical practitioner. Insulin dependent diabetic patients may use CYTROL H under the direct supervision of a medical practitioner. Blood sugar levels of diabetic patients need to be monitored regularly whilst using CYTROL H. Policosanol has been found safe and is well tolerated in individuals including those patients with liver and kidney dysfunction. Please consult your medical practitioner before starting with CYTROL H. All other active ingredients are found in the diet naturally.
